You can tell her attention isn't quite on the pages, though. Feel free to bug her, considering she hasn't been around all too much these past few weeks.]

[Regal has pretty much just been puttering around the house, reading and doing a little bit of cooking when it's required. He's under orders to take it easy, and even though his injuries are completely healed now, it's probably a wise idea not to strain himself too much while he's still recovering.]

Quite well, thanks to Gelda's healing. I have been supplementing it with my own healing now that my strength is back; I should be as good as new in a few more days.

That's good to hear; it's lucky that Gelda was around then. I hope that the last experiment didn't have you doing anything too strenuous.

I don't think "strenuous" is the word I would use to describe that pageant, although some of the contestants did seem to be getting rather enthusiastic.

I'm glad to hear it. I must say, though, I am curious as to who will actually end up winning that pageant. The competition was quite intense-- even Lloyd participated.

Not everyone could avoid the pull of that particular command, I suppose. From what little I did see, some people did get quite creative, including Lloyd.

Yes, there were several people who got quite into it. I suppose you might as well go all out when you can't escape the orders to enter in the first place.

In any case, I suppose it gave people something to do. [She's just glad that no one signed her up.]
