I need to speak with you. The both of you. It's recently come to my attention that this cannot be avoided any longer. You two can either visit me together, or give your stories seperately.

[Considering it's such a nice day outside, Gelda has taken a chair and is sitting in the shade in front of house #27. She found an interesting book in the library to waste some time with. You can tell her attention isn't quite on the pages, though. Feel free to bug her, considering she hasn't been around all too much these past few weeks.]

[And, just as he said, he arrives shortly after, hesitantly knocking on her door.]

[Gelda answers not long after, smiling at him. She doesn't want to make it seem like she's mad at him. She simply wants to understand what the heck those two were thinking.]

Saphir. Come in.

Alright, Professor...

[Enters the house, awkwardly looking around and waiting for her.]

Let's have a seat in the kitchen, shall we?

[She already starts leading the way there. Nothing like being comfortable while having a serious discussion.]

That sounds fine. [He follows her there, still hesitant. He was hoping to avoid ever talking about this with her, but now that it's come up he doesn't really know what to think.]

Would you like some tea?

[She'll do her best to make this as pleasant as possible for him, but eventually they'll have to come down to business. Then it'll be like ripping off a bandaid, probably.]

If it isn't too much trouble, then that would be good.

[As they enter the kitchen, she approaches the stove, where the tea kettle is waiting. This shouldn't take too long.]

[He sits when he's told, patiently waiting.]

[Not long after, she places a cup of tea in front of Saphir and joins him at the table.]

Now, I assume you already know what this is about. I've just heard Jade's side of the story and now I would like to hear yours.

If you've already heard it from Jade, you shouldn't need to hear it from me too... [He takes the cup of tea and fidgets with it, delaying this as long as he possibly can.]

I would like to verify a few facts, if that's alright. I realize this may be difficult for you, but considering how much of this concerns myself, you should know why I can't let this matter slide.

[He nods, drinking his tea and not saying anything else yet.]

[She's considering giving Saphir some words of reassurance, but... He's an adult now. Heck, he's even older than she is, considering she's only in her late twenties. He's just not that same little boy anymore.]

[It's too bad she doesn't, as he could really use it right now; as it is he pauses a moment before continuing.]

It was a failure. Completely unstable, both mentally and physically. It needed the fonons of others to survive.

[So far, the stories are matching up perfectly. Though, considering what kind of story this is, it would've been better if they didn't.]
