[After a rude awakening in the barracks by Simon to discover the village is slowly patching itself up, Gelda's heading back to house #27 to check up on her housemates- Both the temporary ones and the usual. There's something strange going on today, that much is certain, but she can't quite put her finger on it just yet.

Of course, those who're familiar with Gelda will realize she looks a bit odd herself. She's wearing something similar to an army uniform and seems a bit more fit than usual. Feel free to run into her while she's heading home and ask her about this strange attire.

When she gets home, the first thing she'll do is check up on Nephry, Dist and Anise. If there is something strange going on, they may be affected as well.]

[She stops walking and turns to give Jay a pleasant smile. Despite today's weirdness, she's still in a pretty good mood. Village-wide recovery came as quite a relief.]

Professions? I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

So...is that a new teacher's uniform then?

This is the uniform I wore back home, before I was taken to Luceti. I couldn't bring myself to get rid of it. Once a knight, always a knight.

Now that the village is finally repairing itself, I suspect the store will stock up on food very soon. It's a shame our powers have been weakened again, though.

Yes...it was probably another accident.

[The Malnosso appear to be quite skilled at causing accidents.]

I would've liked to keep my Fonic Artes up to full strength a bit longer, but this will have to do. At least I still have Nala to aid me when it comes down to healing spells.

I'm sure we would all like to have our full abilities.

Some of our inhabitants are better off without it. [A great deal of those inhabitants have been sent home recently, though. What a relief.]

Either way, it's good to see you're safe. Last week has been far too hectic.

You're telling me. And just when we thought we've experienced the worst of Luceti.

[He just sighs for the moment; oh how he hates this place. Things can't possibly be any worse than the last few weeks, can they?]

[She smiles at him again.] I should be on my way. I still need to check up on my housemates.
